Great location, great staff, would highly recommend!
This hotel is in an incredible location, and the staff are amazing. A special shout out to Federico, who was SO attentive to my gluten free limitations (and I appreciated it so much!!) and was just generally so nice to speak to. And also to everyone else who works there who is amazing, such as Adriana, Angelo, Katia, Giancarlo and Rocco! They really make the stay awesome.

Would recommend this hotel for its overall lovely feel
The amazing view from the pool. The staff were all lovely especially in the bar and restaurant. Just overall nice feel about the place.
Slight noise in room from neighboring rooms. The bar was a bit expensive. The restaurant food was very tasty but the portions are too small. The plates didn’t arrive hot hot as you would expect.

Location is really good. Staff is great and friendly. Breakfast is great, you have everything. Pool is clean and it is great view from there. Rooms are clean! We really enjoyed our stay there! Definitely will come back there!

Wonderful
great breakfast
clear side of shower broken/not fully attached to tub so water leaked onto the floor when we took a shower; installing hand grab bars on the wall would be helpful for safety; there was only one extra pillow (in the closet), so providing two extra pillows (one for each person) would be nice
